  • Body By Mark was hired to design and operate all operations of this luxury office building on Park Avenue. Body By Mark handles all fitness operations along with classing and staffing.

Times Square

  • Body By Mark was hired to assist in the design, opening and operations of this office building in the heart of times square. Operations include amenity management, fitness class offerings and overall management of all wellness operations.

Park Ave

  • (PARK AVE): Body By Mark is currently working on one of the largest wellness centers in a commercial building in Manhattan. This extensive wellness and amenity center will be comprised of a gym, spa, golf simulators, racing simulators, napping pods and a 5 star restaurant.

Manhattan 8th Ave

  • Office building in Manhattan. Body By Mark designed and the 5,000 square foot gym and golf simulator amenity center. Body By Mark is the operator and fitness provider for this office building. Opening in 2026.

Miami Coming 2027

  • Mixed use office and residential project.

Manhattan Coming 2026

  • Commercial office to residential office conversion project. Body By Mark will handle design, operations, staffing and fitness offerings. Coming Soon 2026/2027.
