Updated - Despite moving away from Connecticut to California in 2006, I have still been able to access the same quality training from Mark through his online training program.

Eager to maintain the level of fitness I earned while working one-on- one with Mark, I asked for a customized program that he could email to me weekly. These workouts are easy to execute on and constantly challenge me in new ways. Mark continues to impact my fitness in very positive ways even 5 years after our first session and 3000 miles away.

An additional training tool Mark has provided for me is a comprehensive 10 week conditioning program for my middle school girls'
lacrosse team here in California. He's designed age appropriate exercises in an easy to use format that is geared toward increasing speed, strength and agility for these young athletes. These conditioning workouts have become an integral part of our program and are mandatory at every practice.

My two sons Stuart now 20 years old and Curtis now 18 years old started working with Mark about 2 years ago when both were 2 handicap golfers and both needed to learn the proper way to train to improve their golf games to play at the college level. Mark met with each, analyzed their current body structure, flexibility, golf swing, and strength and then wrote up a detailed and fully customized game for each. They followed Mark's golf game plan (including diet recommendations) and have dramatically increased their strength (longer drives) and flexibility (better short game). Both were named to the Connecticut All-State Golf Team in 2008, Stuart won the Men's Club Championship at CCNC in 2007 and Stuart played Division 1 golf at Santa Clara University until deciding to focus on attaining a business degree. Curtis won the Men's Club Championship at CCNC in 2006 and 2008 and will be attending Cal-Berkeley to play Division 1 golf in the Fall. Both are now scratch or better handicaps and still continue to follow Mark's game plan to stay in shape on and off the course. As a parent looking for the right person to teach my kids the best way to train, eat and compete at a higher level I give Mark the highest ratings in all categories and strongly recommend trying his services.

When I first began training with Mark I was coming from a trainer that I had worked with for several years. My workout had become very routine and lacked motivation. Any real progress had stalled and I only seemed to be maintaining my fitness level at the time.

I knew from the initial meeting with Mark that was all going to change. He immediately identified my goals and quickly assessed where my training regimen needed to go and what changes needed to be made to my diet and nutrition.

I've been training with Mark for 15 months and the results have been incredible. My original goal was modest - to increase my overall fitness level in order to improve my golf game. I have been working with Body By Mark now for 4 years and the results have been incredible. I am a professional golfer and need to keep my body in top physical shape. I train with Mark three times a week and he always accommodates my busy schedule.

Training with Mark is always fun as we rarely do the same exercise twice. I am doing things that I never thought I could do before. Physical training has become part of my lifestyle and it feels great!

I was introduced to Mark by Rob Labritz, and he has changed my weekends from sloth to super. Both he and Frank devise interesting, challenging workouts that leave me pumped up and energized. Lou & NedMy wife and I have been training with Mark since January 08. Prior to then, I had been working for several years with another trainer who focused on isolated muscle groups. My strength was adequate, but endurance and balance were not a main focus of attention. Mark and his team bring a completely different approach to the training process and the dividends were evident immediately. All the routines engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, with primary focus on core strength and balance. In addition to becoming much stronger, my posture and balance have markedly improved. I am 58 years old and feel that I am in better shape than I have been since my college years.

Mark and his team will work you very hard, and you will will see the benefits quickly. You will be able to do things you haven't done in years. When I started the program, my blood pressure was 160/90. It is now 130/80 and continuing to fall. I used to have occasional tripping incidents as a result of injury to my back some years ago; I have not experienced further incidents since I began working with Mark and my back is almost like new. I am sleeping better and, in general, enjoying the many benefits of being in good physical condition.

After 15 years of working hard, traveling weekly, dining out, and chomping cigars on Wall Street, I visited my doctor and was told that I had ten years max in the securities business before my body gave out on me.

That was the kick in the rump that made me notice that the mile long swims and long jogs and bike runs had been so much in my past that they were no longer part of my muscle memory.

I met Mike by coincidence, having been referred to him by a trainer who I had started working with who was soon moving away and needed to guide his clients to compatible trainers.

As someone who really hadn't worked out with trainers before (albeit briefly prior to meeting Mike), I wholeheartedly recommend expert guidance such as his in order to maximize yield and protect against injury.

I have now been working out with Mike for five years. He is a very technical AND straightforward trainer, with an ability to integrate multiple disciplines such as yoga, and he is very up to date on his skills. Our workouts have never been redundant and he's managed to make getting in shape a
fun process for me.

Mike has also made numerous diet suggestions that have assisted me in my weight loss efforts (to date more than 20 pounds).

Working with Mark for the past two summers between college was the best decision I ever made for my body. He not only transformed me physically, but he also taught me how to take care of myself throughout the year.
