What to expect when working with a Body
By Mark Personal Trainer.
Once you have completed the initial consultation,
your information will be reviewed by our entire wellness
team. We will discuss the best possible way to get you
to your goals and then compile a game plan for your
wellness team to follow. A major part to your
lifestyle transformation will be how you eat. We will
create a custom nutritional outline for you to follow on
a daily basis.
The Workouts.
Safety is always first! This means that we will first
address any injuries, weaknesses or imbalances that need
to be corrected before we can properly take you through
a fitness program.
Once we have brought the body to a healthy, balanced
state, we will then take you through a number of stages
of training; each one will build off the last one in
order to help you reach your goals. Our wellness
professionals are in communication after each of your
sessions to make sure that everyone is on the same page.
Your personal trainer will share your workout program
with your yoga instructor as well as speak with your
massage therapist about areas of concern to be addressed
during your next massage.

Body By Mark Wellness has a vast network of elite
wellness professionals all over the country. Your
experience will be consistent no matter where you are
