What to expect when working with a Body By Mark Personal Trainer.

Once you have completed the initial consultation and we have created your Wellness Roadmap, your information will be reviewed by each member of your wellness team. The team will discuss the best possible way to help you reach your goals and then help you execute it.  

The Workouts.

Safety is always first! This means that we will first address any injuries, weaknesses or imbalances that need to be corrected before we can properly take you through a fitness program.

Once we have brought your body to a healthy, balanced state, we will then take you through a number of stages of training; each one will build off the last one in order to help you reach your goals. If you are working with other Body By Mark Wellness professional team members, your program will be communicated amongst them.

Nutrition.

In order for you to see results, a proper diet must be followed.  As a part of your Wellness Roadmap, you will receive a custom meal plan that will help you reach your goals.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle or improve athletic performance, nutrition plays a huge role.  You are what you eat.
